When I was younger, I never knew what to do with a sheer top. I was often drawn to them, but I was always at a loss on how they could be styled. But now? I run toward a sheer top!
I think sheer tops are so fun, because you can really play with how to style it. You can wear a pretty bralette, a tank top, or other fun fitted top underneath. Or, you can layer it over another fitted top!
The possibilities are endless, but for this outfit, I decided for something simple I wear for a casual night out. Because I’m such a sucker for the high waist pant + crop top combo, I took this sheer top and tucked the bottom up under my bralette.
Making this simple adjustment completely changes the mood of the outfit. It makes me feel sexier, and that’s all I need to feel good going out! To keep it casual, I opted for light wash ripped jeans and black combat boots.
If you’ve be known to shy away from sheer tops, let this be your sign to give them a chance! You may just love the the way they look and feel.
