When you’re feeling moody, a grunge babe has got to have a moody outfit. No ifs, ands, or buts about it! Borrowing from the dark academia style department, we’ve got all the makings of a edgy and dark look. It’s perfect outfit for the end of summer, when it’s still hotter than all get-out right but frankly, you’re ready for fall!
As you’ve likely seen in previous posts, I love a sheer top. There’s no easier way to make an outfit moody than to grab a sheer top with a cute triangle bra or bralette like this. This sheer top is a dark green with a sparkle to it, so it’s got some pizazz as well! I added a black pleated skirt (which is actually a skort!) with it, some sheer knee-high socks, and my favorite–platform loafers. Your girl will never give up her platforms!
As if this outfit couldn’t get any moodier, I added black snake earrings and black lipstick. Cool, edgy, and dark? Check, check, check!
