As we got older, it kind of became uncool to tie anything around your waist (unless you absolutely had to). Maybe it’s just me, but I definitely feel like this look has definitely made a comeback. Could it be because most Y2K things are trending? I have no doubt this is the case!
I opted for more Y2K vibes with this cute coral crop top and my signature high-waisted ripped denim. Otherwise a pretty basic outfit, the flannel tied around my waist gives this look dimension and really nails home the outfit vibes we’re going for–grunge. It’s also no surprise that what’s rounding out the outfit are my combat boots.
