Mood: fun, casual and glam! I really love to mix it up with my outfits, and that’s why this one is no different. You could easily wear this on a day out for lunch or around the city, as well as a night out. I love its subtle grunge vibes!
For starters, I’m in love with this faux leather skirt (which is actually a skort!) from Revolve. It’s a lovely burgundy color which goes with so much, plus it’s extremely flattering with a small slit on the side. I have stayed away from skirts in the past because I often would feel exposed, which is why I love that this skirt has built-in shorts!
The cream linen vest I’m wearing is also a staple piece. Vests are truly IN, and paired with this faux leather skirt, choker, and hair clips it’s giving fun Y2K vibes. I decided to leave the linen vest unbuttoned halfway down because it looks more flattering that way as well as adding a little dimension to the look!
To keep up the fun and casual vibe, I styled it with my lovely chunky sneakers that are just so comfy. Honestly, I’ve taken these sneakers on multiple trips walking through cities and they have received a 10/10 for comfort. Fashion doesn’t just have to look good!
