I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told I’m “too much,” and I know I’m not the only one. It’s a way for people to cast you aside as weird or having too high of expectations for them or life. Cropped Graphic Racer Top: Oh boy do I love me a crop top! This one is VERY cropped, which gives me a bit more stomach showing and is all the more taboo. And I love me a taboo top! I thrifted this one from a local store, and it’s just a fun little top I enjoy wearing! You can find hella crop tops and fun graphic tees at your own thrift store, but if you’re wanting something in this similar style though, I’ve got you covered.
Black Tiered Midi Skirt: Midi skirts were all the rage in 2025 and it is my prediction that they’re not going anywhere in 2026! I love how versatile a midi skirt is, and you can change the whole vibe just with accessories. I wasn’t a huge fan initially, but now I can get enough of them. Didn’t get on board last year? Don’t miss out on this essential skirt this year.
Navy Oversize Blazer: When in doubt, wear an oversize blazer! A good blazer will never steer you off course, IMO. I love the one I’m wearing because it’s a great color and has a classic vibe but is also very oversize for a more modern look. I got this one at H&M several years ago, but it’s still going strong! Always look for great blazers when thrifting, but in the meantime, there’s great options here.
Black Combat Boots: This outfit wouldn’t be complete without combat boots! They’re a grunge girl staple, so you know I’m going to find a way to incorporate them. This pair has lasted me several years which I purchased from ASOS. You have lots of options when it comes to great boots, but if you need some direction, I’ve linked my favorites!
Orange Sunglasses: If you need a pair of sunglasses that screams ultimate cool girl, these are it! I saw these in a shop in Portugal and I knew I had to have them. It doesn’t get more bold than that! While you can’t get these exact ones, I’ve found ones that are nearly identical to rock 2026 in style!
