Leveling up means lacing up–lacing up your outfit, that is! Every grunge babe needs lace in their wardrobe. No ifs, ands, or buts about it!
Lace not only can make your outfit more alternative or grunge, but it can also just make it more interesting. And if you’re into the maximalist vibe, the added layer contributes to the look, too.
What I love about this outfit in particular is that the lace does all of the talking because I paired it with a corset-style-tube-top-crop number. It even peeks out from under the crop top which is an added visual bonus!
Take the lace away and you still have a seriously cute soft grunge look with raw hem cropped jeans and chunky combat boots. But with lace? It truly does look better on you!

Black Chunky Combat Boots
