Sheer tops are a thing that isn’t talked about enough. They can be EVERYTHING when you need them the most. This sheer star top truly makes this look a standout outfit, and it’s one I feel so great in.
Layers also are winning the game this time around as well. When in doubt? Layer! It’s a fun way to use the clothes in your closet you might only wear once out of the year. But with layering, you can wear them so much more!
I took this sheer long-sleeve top and tucked it under my bra to make a crop top out of it. Then, I added this beige linen spaghetti crop to the mix to make it more everyday friendly.
Without the crop top over the sheer, it’s a sexier look that I’d wear to go out at night in. You could literally go from day to night by just removing one piece of clothing, like they told us would be the case in Cosmo magazines back in the day! I haven’t quite had that opportunity but you never know!
And let’s talk about these jeans! The cropped jean look is seriously a grunge girl’s favorite type of jean because it shows off the Docs. Plus, the raw hem ripped look is the edginess I needed!
